Recognizing emotional avoidance and moving forward
How are you now? Do you feel that you are still avoiding emotions and experiences that you should be surrendering to or fully present for?
I have undergone a massive shift in the last few months and I can now more easily recognize what is taking place within me and approach it with love. I continue to heal but I would say yes, I’m more fully present.
